The European Polysaccharide Network of Excellence is a non-profit Association promoting research, education, and knowledge-transfer between academia, industry, and civil society, in all fields related to polysaccharides science and technology. external page EPNOE

POSITIVe logo

POSITIVe specifically addresses inter-individual variation in bioavailability and physiological responses to consumption of plant food bioactives in relation to cardiometabolic endpoints. This Action will coordinate a multidisciplinary and multisectorial European network, harness and combine the currently fragmented knowledge and ensure the optimal translation of findings into applications.  external page Network website

PhytoHub is a freely available electronic database containing detailed information about dietary phytochemicals and their human metabolites. Around 1,000 dietary phytochemicals will be included which represent all the polyphenols, terpenoids, alkaloids and other plant secondary metabolites commonly ingested with the human diet. Laboratory of Food Biochemistry or ETH Zurich is providing the expertise in phytosterols in this database. external page http://phytohub.eu/
